Pilgrim Gift Shop Story
The Maria Stein Pilgrim Gift Shop dates back to the 1950s, a time when the Catholic retreat movement was very active and growing at a tremendous rate. The gift shop provided a convenient place for retreat pilgrims, and the public, to purchase a variety of religious goods; as well as offering education & insights into spiritual aspects of our faith. Today an expanded Pilgrim Gift Shop offers a tastefully displayed, wide variety of high quality religious gifts.

Founded in 1875, the Maria Stein Shrine of the Holy Relics provides faith nourishment and spiritual renewal through opportunities for prayer and pilgrimage and inspiration from the lives of the saints.
